KOTA GAZA - Tidak ada tempat untuk bersembunyi lagi, bahkan di dalam bangunan. Sekolah PBB pun dihancurkan. Lebih dari 215 anak terbunuh sejauh ini sejak serangan militer Israel diluncurkan 27 Desember lalu. Namun bagi hampir semua anak, itu bukan bagian terparah dari mimpi buruk mereka.

Kehilangan ayak, ibu, saudara, saudari, paman, bibi, teman, ataupun tetangga, hampir setiap anak di wilayah yang dibombardir itu trauma berat. Trauma itu bisa dipastikan menjadi luka fisik dan mental yang akan berbekas lama.

Berikut adalah beberapa wawancara dengan anak-anak Gaza.

Huda, 7 tahun

Aku benci perang ini. Aku dengar Israel akan datang ke rumah kami sesaat lagi, dan aku selalu bermimpi buruk tentang roket menghantam rumaku. Aku mimpi tentang ayahku yang terbunuh oleh salah satu roket dan leher ibuku yang terputus.

Dalam mimpi itu pula, aku mencari saudara lelakiku yang dibawa jauh oleh tank-tank Israel. Aku sedih, dan ingin bermain lagi di rumahku. Aku berharap tidak ada hal buruk terjadi.

Aku tak suka kegelapan, yakni ketika suara hal-hal buruk mulai keluar meraung.

Masalahku sekarang ialah adik lelakiku Nader, yang mulai menderita kencing tak dapat ditahan. Ia kini langsung menangis keras ketika mendengar suara misil.

Anak lelaki itu begitu trauma hingga tak bisa bicara. Ibunya Zinat mengatakan sejak awal serangan Israel, ia langsung menderita kencing tak bisa ditahan akibat takut terhadap bom. Sang ibu menuturkan pula, anaknya pun menderita setiap malam akibat mimpi buruk.
