Ibn Athaillah belongs to a productive scholar. There are about 20 books from various Islamic disciplines he wrote. Starting from the book of the field of Sufism, aqeedah, tafsir, hadith, nahwu and ushul fiqh. One of his most famous works is the Al-Hikam book, his monumental work which contains a collection of pearls of wisdom. The messages of virtue in the book of Al-Hikam which was revealed by Ibn Athaillah in the form of a short editorial also attracted the attention of a number of scholars to describe their intentions. Although he is one of the central figures in a tarekat, it does not mean that the influence of his thinking is limited to the tarekat world.
